Rose Tonnerre by Edouard Fléchier combines the voluptuousness of this mythical flower with the carnal depth of a truffle accord. The fruity and honeyed luminosity of Turkish rose absolute is here associated with geranium, chamomile and wine lees. Vetiver, patchouli and castoreum create an intimate link between the skin and the vegetal notes of the flower. A rose in its entirety seems to emanate from the skin. You breathe this perfume like an intoxicating aroma of a garden rose plucked from the ground with its roots, i.e. Une Rose. The virtuosity of a rose.
The perfumer: Edouard Fléchier is one of the most creative perfumers of his generation. Born in Grasse in 1949, after having carried out scientific studies, he enrolled in the Roure Bertrand Dupont perfumery school. In the opinion of his own colleagues, he was seen as a particularly talented "nose". In the mid-80s, Edouard Fléchier becomes the star perfumer of the Roure where he creates many of the famous compositions of that period. His symphonic and generous style, although very modern, is anchored in the tradition of classic French perfumery. Generous proportions and a great sense of style are the main characteristics of him.
