the immaterial, thin and fragrant veil between the sacred and the profane, the purest and most characteristic expression of energy
vital that animates and unites the continents. Frankincense captures, elevates, calms, illuminates. From the banks rich in
spices from ancient India to the naves of Gothic basilicas; from the coronation of the Babylonian kings to the birth of
Christ; from the peaks of the Hajar mountains in Oman to the desert plains of Somalia; from Cleopatra to Alexander
Great, from Ulysses to Salome, from the pharaohs to the centuries to come, Frankincense is the crossroads of peoples, the union of
civilizations that time, language and wars have kept apart for a long time. Drawing on the history and legends of
this mother of resins, Encens Roi is transformed into an allegory of the natural raw material by combining the
clarity of Olibanum with the creaminess of white cocoa on an ascetic frame given by oud and saffron.
Like a modern prayer, Encens Roi captures the essence of the gods and transforms it into the perfume of principles and

Top notes: CO2 * olibanum, Roman chamomile, schinus molle;
Heart notes: saffron, CO2 * allspice berries, Atlas cedar wood;
Base notes: white cocoa, oud, cistus, vanilla.
