Cumbawa Wood Extrait 100 ml

The inspiration for the creation of this essence comes from the skillful use of Cumbawa in Sacha's recipes. Cumbawa is a type of citrus fruit similar to lime, with a green peel that is strongly wrinkled and irregularly rounded. It is native to Asia, but has also long been cultivated in the coastal areas of northern Madagascar. Cumbawa offers a delicate bitterness and acidity. Its peel is widely used in cooking to flavor a variety of dishes, both sweet and savory, enhancing their flavor. Fresh and mysterious, the fragrance reveals citrus and sparkling notes, offering an irresistible intensity and persistence.
