Ligne Noire is a high-intensity eyeliner that takes care of the lashes. It creates an intense black line in a single stroke, defining and adding depth to the look. The soft but precise felt tip glides delicately on the eyelid for easy application in a single gesture. Once dry, this very long-lasting eyeliner becomes waterproof. After 4 weeks of application, the quality of the lashes appears improved thanks to the Vitaminized Peptide contained in the formula. Apply the eyeliner along the lash line, from the inner corner of the eye outwards. Continue the line beyond the outer corner of the eye, moving slightly upwards and towards the end of the eyebrow. For a thicker stroke, gently press on the tip of the brush.
