ANTI-AGE ACTIVE (BAKUCHIOL): Bakukiol is extracted from the seeds of Psoralea corylifolia, a plant very

well known in traditional Indian and Chinese medicine. Today, Bakuchiol is the focus of many studies both for its

structural affinity and for its potential functional activity similar to retinol, in fact it is defined as a "retinol-like" plant active.

This ingredient has found positive results in anti-aging treatment by improving the appearance of wrinkles and

making the skin more uniform, smooth and illuminated. It protects the skin from oxidative stress as it increases the natural

antioxidant defenses, both at cellular and extracellular level.

 

WHITENING ACTIVE INGREDIENT (ARCTOSTAPHYLOS UVA URSI LEAF EXTRACT, OLEA EUROPAEA LEAF EXTRACT): Active

derived from bearberry leaves combined with olive leaves, which work in perfect synergy with each other, combining

the whitening properties with anti-irritant properties. The active ingredient inhibits the tyrosinase enzyme, thus preventing the

formation of melanin. Studies show that constant use of this active ingredient for 45 days significantly

The lemon plant has been cultivated since ancient times in Asia and subsequently spread to the West. The medicinal

properties of lemons are well known, so much so that the Latin name is Citrus medica. Lemon juice

was typically used as a source of alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) and citric acid, containing on average between 5 and 8 percent. Given its high citric acid content, combined with antioxidant activity that helps prevent skin aging, lemon juice has a lightening action and limits the onset of skin blemishes.
